I have had around 7-8 sessions with Bahman so I believe my review to speak from results. What I know Bahman has done is completely different that any other massage or body work I have had before. Bahman uses tissue mobilization on me. This has work well because we focus on areas one at time that have had chronic tightness rather than trying to reset the whole body in one session which isn’t realistic for long term results. His specialty of holistic medicine tied in with body work invites the nervous system to relax during your session. This is important and should be focused on when not working with him. I plan to have atleast 8 more sessions with Bahman for craniosacral pain and other persistent issues. I have goals I am wanting to achieve and Bahman is putting me on the fast track to achieving those goals.

Bahman has been very helpful to me the two months I have been here in Coronado visiting relatives. I am recovering from back surgery and have multiple disc problems. I was getting regular massage back in Colorado and was pleased I could continue with high quality body work here. Bahman is thoughtful to explain what he is thinking and doing. He has set up a comfy Covid-safe sort of out of doors large tent with flaps that hang down for privacy but air is always circulating. He likes to use hot stones initially to soften the muscles. He works hard in his massage, working the length of big muscle groups and doing cross fiber strokes on attachments. I felt better in my body after each session. I won't spoil it by telling you how he ends the massage-- it is lovely. All in all a very therapeutic body work session.

Bahman is a healer. He has the insight and experience to diagnose physical problems and solve them. In my case, I was barely able to walk a couple of blocks and could not ride my bike due to leg pain.
