Holistic Health Practitioner Bahman began learning and practicing massage and manual therapy in Germany almost 2 decades ago. He discovered that he not only enjoys but is also exceptional at relieving THE SOURCE, NOT ONLY THE SYMPTOMS of client’s acute and chronic conditions.
Many of these conditions other medical professionals have not been able improve. His focus is to help men, women and children find lasting relief from their physical ailments by using the modalities and protocols best suited to their needs. Bahman is well-known for his outstanding ability to relieve the pain and disability of a great variety of ailments and injuries, from frozen shoulder syndrome to sciatica. He now works out of a Coronado spa with all kinds of clients, from prenatal mothers to surgeons to high-performance athletes

Came with severe neck and shoulder pain from playing tennis and sitting on a desk in front of computer and instantly I felt relieve in the first session. He worked the nerves around my neck and shoulders. And in the same session he worked stiffed back and hip. His heat therapy and deep knowledge of human anatomy has made my pain go from a 10 to a 3 in the first session. He also diagnosed onset of carpitonal and arthritis in my hand and the treatments have improved hand usage. Pain has gone away and keep going for maintenance i.e. poor posture which he is also helping through massage. He is amazing and knows what he is doing.

I highly recommend Bahman's work. I've had 5 shoulder dislocations and due to that, I had limited range of motion.
His work helped me get better and start doing daily activities with confidence and working out with more weight.
I also feel more confident that less dislocations will occur due to the better mobility.

Bahman is a true healer. With his deep understanding of anatomy, he can diagnose what is wrong with your body and, with a variety of methods, repair it. I went to him with debilitating knee pain such that I could barely walk a block and in just a few sessions, I was walking and exercising freely. Later, I had a very painful pinched nerve in my back which he diagnosed and helped relieve. In my 70s, I now go to him twice a month and, for a very reasonable investment, he keeps me tuned up, active and feeling good. I recommend his therapeutic massage highly if you suffer pain or limitations of most any kind.

I went to see Bahman for chronic shoulder pain, plantar fasciitis and low back and hip pain. I did a total of three session with him and my shoulder, low back and hip pain are gone and the plantar fasciitis is much improved. He did say upfront that it would take more sessions to fully work out the plantar fasciitis issue. Bahman is highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Highly recommend
