A soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain. This therapy relaxes contracted muscles, improves blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulates the stretch reflex in muscles. It involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger Point Therapy
A soft tissue therapy where I put my fingers on tight and sensitive spots in the muscles, then I hold them for 5-10 minutes.
As I hold, I’ll guide you through slow, deep breathing as well as asking for your feedback on the exact pain location and intensity of discomfort.
Every time you exhale, this allows your body to release tension, feel more relaxed, and allows blood and nutrients to flow smoothly for healing. Many of my clients experience a significant decrease in pain after just one treatment.

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)
A soft tissue therapy that aims to treat underlying causes of chronic pain involving the muscular and nervous systems. This medically oriented form of massage addresses trigger points (tender muscles points), circulation, nerve compression, postural issues, and biomechanical problems that can be caused by repetitive movement injuries.
