I engineered a prompt that was looking for medical massage, focusing on releasing the illiopsoas muscle. I did not want thai massage or passive stretching. I also wanted someone close to where I live in Northpark. Dr. Bahman helped my hips and back out tremendously. Before I came in I was unable to lift my left leg into my truck without help from my hands lifting it in. After my first session I was able to lift my leg into the truck on the way home unassisted, no problem. Bahman uses tissue mobilization on me. This has work well because we focus on areas one at time that have had chronic tightness rather than trying to reset the whole body in one session which isn’t realistic for long term results.
